When our Certified Technicians arrive at your home, they will assess your roof and perform a complete inspection of the overall condition. Any issues that we think you should be aware of will be brought to your attention and photographed for your records.
Our technicians will then apply the first coat of cleaner. The first coat is a direct application to the more severe areas; this will allow those areas to dwell for 10 – 15 minutes prior to the full application. The second coat is a full application to all areas of your roof. This coat will eradicate 99.9% of all bacteria; restoring the proper appearance and condition to the once infested shingles. Our cleaning process generally takes less than 2 hours from start to finish. There is no waiting time before you see the results. Our Certified “Soft-Wash” System has been used throughout the country to clean and treat over 100,000 roofs just like yours. The “Soft-Wash” process is also recommended by all insurance companies. All of our products we use to clean the exterior of your home are 100% biodegradable! Having your roof cleaned is recognized as general maintenance. We never use any form of equipment that involves high-pressure. The use of high-pressure will not only damage your roof, but it will also void any existing warranty that your roofing materials may have. Many companies claim that their process is “low-pressure” when in fact they are simply “dialing down” the PSI (pounds per square inch) output of their high-pressure units.This equipment has been designed strictly for hard surfaces such as driveways, walkways, tile floors, etc. A pressure washer simply rinses away any dirt and debris without killing it.
